Poornalu preparation in telugu.
Ingredients: -
1. White rice - 2 bowls
2. Minapagundlu - 1 bowl
3. Pachi senagapappu - 1/2 kg
4. Bellam - 1/2 kg
5. Yallukayalu - few
6. Sugar - 1 cup
7. Salt - 1tb
8. Oil - to fry
Procedure: -
1. Minapappu (1bowl), rice (2 bowls) ni 6 hours patu nanapetali. Next blend it by adding a water to it.
2. Pachi sengapappu ni 1 hour nannapetali. Cook it in pressure cooker up to 3 Wheestels. And put it into low flame for 1 min.
3. Bellam ni chinna chinna pieces ga cut chesi, cooker lo una pachisenagapappu ki add cheyali.
4. Bellam kalisipoyenthavaraku ( thick ga vachenthavaraku) oodikinchali (if needed add water).
5. Next laddulaga rounds chesukoni plate lo petukovali.
6. Add 1 tb salt to pindi.
7. Stove medha pan peti deep fry ki tatha oil posi. High flame lo oil heat cheyali.
8. Next okoka purnam laddu ni pind lo dip chesi oil lo veyali. Brown color lo vachenthavaraku fry cheyali medium flame lo peti.
