Ksheerannam or paramannam or annampayasam or paalannam

Naivedyam to goddess lakshmi during margasira lakshmivara vratham on December 20th 2018 ( 2nd Thursday)  is ksheerannam or Paramannam or annampayasam or paalannam.






Ingredients : -

1. Milk ( cow's milk is preferred for naivedyam) 
          - 6 cups

2. Rice - 1 cup

3. Bellam - 3/4 cup to 1 cup

4. Elachi powder 

5. Dry fruits

6. Ghee ( cow ghee). 




Procedure : - 

1. First rice ni baaga kadigi konchem water posi konchemsepu nannapetali. 

2. Bellam ni chinna chinna piece's ga cut chesi petukovali. 

3. Oka pedha bowl lo milk posi.  Baaga kagapetali.  Milk ponginaaka stove  low flame lo petali. 

4. Next rice ni milk ki add cheyali.  Madhyamadhyalo garitatho tiputa undali rice ni.  Otherwise annam maadipoyechances untay.  

5. Annam udikaaka last ga manam cut chesi petukuna bellam piece's ni add cheyali. 

6. Bellam motham karigenthavaraku garitatho tiputa undali. 

7. Ee lopu  imko pan lo ghee vesi dry fruits ni fry cheyali. Fry ayaaka oka plateloki tesukoni pakana petali. 

8. Bellam antha karigipoyaka elachipowder and fry chesina dry fruits veyali. 

9. Next ghee kuda vesi kalupukovali.
