Ingredients 

1. Nimmakayalu ( pulupuku taginanni) -5

2. Pachimirchi -5,  yenduminrchi -4

3. Talimpu ginjalu ( aavalu, minapagundlu, jeelakara, pachipappu) 

4. Karivepaku


5. Rice


6. Salt - ruchiki taginantha

7. Oil 
8. Veerusengapappu

9. Kothimera

10. Pasupu


Procedure

1. Rice mundugane vandipetukovali and nimmakayalani rasam tesi petukovali. 
2. Vandina rice ni oka pedha bowl loki tesukoni daniki salt ni add chesipetukovali
3. Stove on chesi,  pan petti oil veyali
4. Oil lo talimpuginjalu vesi nepali next veerusengapappu, pachimirchi, yendumirchi, karevepaku,  pasupu kuda vesukovali.
5. Bowl lo unava rice ki nimmakaya rasam add chesi kalupukovali. 
6. Next pan lo vesinavanni vegaka vatini ee rice ki add cheyali. Baga kalupukovali.
