Chintapandu pulihora preparation



Ingredients: -

1. Chintapandu - big lemon size

2. Yendumirchi  - 4 to 5

3.  Karevepaku

4. Kothimera

5. Veerusenagapappu -  1 small cup

6.  Talimpu ginjalu  

7. Oil - to fry

8. Rice 

9. Salt - ruchiki taga

10. Pasupu - 1 1/2 tb

11. Bellam  - konchem. 

12. Inguva - koncham


Procedure: - 


1.  First chintapanduni kadigi.  Hot water lo  oka 1 hour nanapetali. 

2. Tarvatha aa chintapanduni methaga kalipi. Vadapoyali.  Stove pan peti ee chintapandu rasam pan lo vesi konchem paspu , salt, vesi chinnasize bellam vesi oodikinchali.  Chintapadu gujju chikaga vachntavaraku oodikinchali. 

3. Rice vandukoni petali. Aa rice no pedha bowl lo tesukoni salt add cheyali. 

4. Imko pan peti oil vesi talimpuginjalu vesi,  veerusengapappu,  yendu mirchi,  karivepaku,  kothinera ,konchem inguva vesi Vepali. 

5. Chintapandu gujjuni annam lo vesi kalupukovali. 

6.Vepinavatini kuda annam lo vesi kalupukovali. Last game salt check chesukovali saripokapote add chesukovali. 

Anthe chintapandu pulihora ready
