BADHUSHA PREPARATION IN TELUGU

Homemade Badhusha preparation in telugu




Ingredients

1 .  Ghee - 2 tb

2. Curd -  3 tb

3. Baking soda  - 1/4 tb

4. Salt  - 1/2 tb

5. Maidha  - 1 cup

6. Sugar - 1/2 cup

7. Water - 1/2 cup

8.  Yallukalu podi - 1/4 tb

9. Oil - for deep fry


Procedure: -


1. Oka bowl lo 2 tb of ghee veyali

2. Next 3 tb curd ni add cheyali

3.  1/4 tb of baking soda + 1/2 tb of salt ni kuda add chesi annitini baga kalupukovali.

4.  Next 1 cup of maidha ni kuda add chesukovali.  Vetini baga kalupukovali chethiki antukokunda undenthavaraku kalupukovali. 

5. Next aa misramam ni chinna chinna balls ga chesi pakana petukovali. Balks Middle lo chinna hole petali by using toothpick. 

6. Pan lo oil vesi heat ayaka ee balls ni oil vesi brown color vachenthavaraku deep fry cheyali. Next vatini oka plate loki tesukoni pakana petukovali. 

7. Next stove medha  Imko pan peti 1/2 cup sugar vesukovali. Daniki 1/2 cup of water ni add chesi syrup chikapadenthavaraku kaluputhu undali.  Anduku yallukala podi ni add cheyali. Chikkapadaka stove off cheyali. 

8. Next pina prepared chasina balls ni ee syrup lo vesi 10-15 min nanaapetali

9. Balls methaga ayaaka.  Syrup nundi balls ni veeruchesi serving bowl loki tesukovali. 


Anthe badhusha ready.
