MYSORE PAK RECIPE

Homemade Mysore pak recipe preparation





Ingredients

1.   Besan  - 1 cup

2.   Ghee  -  1 cup

3.  Sugar  - 1 cup

4.  Oil  - 1 cup


Procedure: -

1.  Stove medha oka pani petti anduku jodiyaan ghee vesi Danilo  besan vesi vepali brown color vachenthavaraku. Color change zyaada dannini plate lo ki tesukoni pakana Petaling


2.  Next ade pan lo 1 cup sugar vesi andulo 1 cup water posi.  Sugar pakam vachenthavaraku kaluputa undali.  Teega paakam vachaka next andulo pina plate lo unchina besan vesi kaluputa undali. 

3. Undalu rakunda undali.  Tiputane undali thick and smooth consistency vachenthavaraku kaluputane undali.

4. Next thick and smooth vachaka andulo remaining ghee kuda vestu tiputa undali.

5. Oka plate tesukoni daniki ghee apply chesi pakana petali.

6.  Ghee vesi tiputaundali. Thick and Smooth ga vachinaka danini ghee rasina plate loki tesukovali

7. Oka 5-10 minutes chalaraka piece's ga cut chedukoni petukovali.
