Cabbage podi kura

Cabbage podi kura preparation




Ingredients: -

1. Cabbage - 3 cups

2. Besan - 1 tb

3. Chilli powder - 1 tb

4.  Garlic paste - 1 tb

5. Salt - as per taste

6. Oil - for deep fry

7. Masala powder - 1/2 tb

8. Onions - 1 cup

9. Turmeric powder - one pinch

10. Karevepaku - 1/2 cup. 

11. Talimpu ginjalu






Procedure : - 

1. Oka bowl lo besan,  masala powder,  garlic paste,  chilli powder,  salt , turmeric powder vesi baaga kalupukovali. 

2. Andulone  cabbage pieces kuda vesi kalupukovali.  Avasaramite kodhiga water ni use Chesukovachu. 

3. Ee batter ni half an hour nanna petali. 

4. Stove pina oka pan petti.  Deep fry ki tagha  oil posi heat cheyali. 

5. Oil heat ayina tarwatha batter ni pakodilaga fry cheyali.  Fry ayina tarwatha vatini oka plate loki tesukoni pakkana petali. 

6. Next stove pina imko pan petti. Kodiga oil vesi ,  oil heat ayina tarwatha andulo talimpu ginjalu veyali.  Next onions and karevepaku  vesi fry chesukovali.  

7. Fry ayina tarwatha vatini mundhuga prepare chesi plate lo petukuna cabbage fry ki add chesukovali

Anthe cabbage podi kura ready. 

Ee recipe ni pappu And sambar lo nannchukotaniki bagundidi.
