Kaju katli or kaju barfi recipe

Kaju katli or kaju barfi preparation in telugu





Ingredients : -

1.  Cashewnuts - 1 1/2 cup or 200 GM

2. Water - 90 ml

3. Sugar - 3/4 th cup or 150-180 gm 

4. Cardamom powder

5.  Ghee - 3 tb



Procedure : - 


1. First cashews ni low frame lo light ga roast cheyali. 





2. Vatini mixi jar lo vesi blend cheyali.  Mari yekuva sepu blend cheste cashews oil ni release chese chances untay.  So konchem sepu matrame blend cheyali.  Oka bowl loki tesukoni pakana petali. 





3. Stove medha oka pan peti 3/4th cup of sugar ni veyali.  Next 90ml water poyali.  medium flame lo peti jagratha ga stir chestu undali. 








4. Next stove ni low flame lo peti cashew powder ni add cheyali. Ee sugar syrup lo mix ayetaga kaluputaundali.  Lumps undakunda undetatlu chusukovali.






5. Thick consistency vachenthavaraku stir chestune undali. Add 2 tb of ghee And continue to cook stirring. 





6. Required thickness vachaka stove off cheyali. 




Required thickness vachinda leda ani yela telusukovali ante.  
1/4th tb of mixture ni pakaki tesukoni cool ayina tarvatha chinna ball laga chesukondi.  Ball neat ga ma hands killed mixture athukokunda prepare ayite mixture ready ayinate. 

7.  Oka plate kids ghee rassi mixture ni aa plate loki tesukovali.  






8. Cool ayina tarwatha mixture smooth ga ayidi. Mixture ni chapati roll medha peti. Cover tho cover cheyali. 







9. Chepati stick tho roll cheyali.  Oval shape vachlaga roll cheyali. 




10. Complete ga cool ayina tarwatha diamond or square shape lo piecesga cut chesukovali.
