BREAD VADA RECIPE

Bread vada recipe preparation







Ingredients : -

1. Bread slices -3

2. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp

3. Green chillis -1

4. Salt - as per taste

5. Oil - to deep fry

6. Carrots - 1/2 cup

7. Onions - 1/4 cup

8. Red chillis - 1

9. Garam masala - 1/2 TSP

10. Mint leaves - handful

11. Coriander leaves - handful

12. Jeera - 1/4 TSP

13. rice flour or corn flour - 2 tbsp

14.  Water - 2 tbsp




Procedure: -


1. First bread slices ni small pieces ga cut chesi petukovali. 

2. Oka bowl tesukoni andulo bread pieces vesi , vatiki carrots,  onions,  green chillis,  mint leaves, coriander leaves and ginger garlic paste ni add cheyali. 

3. Next jeera, salt, red chillis and garam masala kuda add cheyali. 

4. Annitini baga water posi mix cheyali. 

5. Vadalu Crispy ga ravali ante 2tbsp of rice flour or corn flour ni dough kids add chesi kalupukovali. 

6. Prepare ayina dough ni small balls ga divide Cheyali. Vatini flat ga vachelaga press cheyali. Ala annitini prepare chesukoni pakana petukovali. 

7. Stove pi pan petti deepfry ki saripada oil veyali. Oil heat ayina tarwatha pina prepare chesi petukunavatini okokatiga oil lo vestu fry cheyali. 

8. Color and crispy ga vachenthavaraku fry cheyali. Flip chestu fry cheyali. 

Anthe bread vada ready

Serve this recipe with chutney, sause or tea.

SPICY BREAD MASALA RECIPE

Spicy bread masala recipe preparation







Ingredients : -

1. Bread slices  - 8 

2. Oil or butter - 2 tbsp

3. Jeera - 3/4 tsp

4. Onions - 1/2 cup

5. Chillis - 1

6. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp

7. Tomatoes -  3/4 cup

8. Chillipowder - 1/2 to 3/4 tsp

9. Salt - as per taste

10. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

11. Water - 3 tbsp

12. Chat masala - as needed

13. Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp




Procedure : -


1. First stove pi pan peti oil or butter veyali.  Heat ayina tarwatha jeera vesukovali. 

2. Next cut chesukoni petukuna onions and chillis vesi  fry cheyali golden color vachenthavaraku. 

    Meanwhile bread slices ni cubes ga cut chesukoni pakana petukovali. 

3. Next color change ayina tarwatha ginger garlic paste vesi raw smell poyenthavaraku fry cheyali. 

4. Next tomatoes ni add cheyali. Tomatoes cook ayina tarwatha salt, chilli powder, garam masala ni vesi cook chesukovali. 

5. Next 3 tbsp of water veyali.  Water motham evoparate ayenthavaraku cook cheyali. Mixture thick ga ravali. 

6. Next bread cubes ni mixture ki add cheyali. Stove off chesukovali. 

7. Gently mix the bread cubes and avoid over mixing as the bread gets mushy. Next sprinkle the coriander leaves. 


Anthe spicy bread masala ready.

BESAN BREAD TOAST RECIPE

Besan bread toast recipe preparation






Ingredients : -



1. Bread slices - 2 slices

2. Tomatoes finely chopped - 2 tbsp 

3. Green chillis finely chopped - 1

4. Chillipowder - 1/8 to 1/4 tsp

5. Salt- as per taste

6. Water - 3 tbsp

7. Vaamu - 1/2 tsp

8. Besan Or gram flour - 5 tbsp

9. Ghee - 1 tbsp

10. Turmeric powder - 2 pinch

11. Ginger - 1/4 tbsp

12. Hing or enguva - pinch

13. Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp




Procedure  : -




1. Oka bowl tesukoni andulo 5tbsp of besan, chillipowder, salt, turmeric powder, vaamu veyali. 

2. Next tomatoes, chillis, coriander leaves kuda veyali. 

3. Kodiga water posi thick batter vache vidhamga kalupukovali. 
4. Stove pina pan petti oil or ghee vesi heat cheyali. only one side of bread ni batter lo munchali. Oil heat ayina tarwatha bread ni pan pi vesi cook cheyali. 

5. Base of the bread baaga kalina tarwatha bread ni flip chesi other side ni kuda cook cheyali. 

Anthe besan bread toast ready. 

MOONG DAL HALWA - RAJASTHAN SPECIAL DISH

Moong dal halwa recipe preparation







Ingredients  : -

1. Moong dal - 1 cup

2. Milk - 2 cups

3. Ghee -  3 to 4 tbsp

4. Sugar - 3/4 cup

5. Elachi powder - 1/8 tsp

6. Water - 3 to 4 tbsp to grind the dal



Procedure  : -


1. First moongdal ni wash chesi,  Kodhiga water posi 3 hours naanapetali. 

2. Next water ni tesesi dal and 3 to 4 tbsp of water ni mixivesi pakana petukovali. 

3. Stove medha pan petti ghee veyali.  Ghee heat ayina tarwatha mixivesi petukuna moongdal paste  ni ghee lo vesi medium flame lo cook chesukovali. 

4. Imko stove medha bowl petti milk ni warm chesukoni pakana petukovali. 

5. Keep stirring moongdal upto 10 minutes to avoid burning. 

6. Next warm milk lo moongdal mix ni vesi cook chesukovali. 

7. Milk antha evaporate ayina tarwatha sugar ni add chesi stir chestune undali. 

8. Sugar antha melt ayina tarwatha elachi powder ni vesi kalupukovali. 

9. Kavali anukunta imkonchem ghee ni kalupukovachu.

CARROT HALWA. RECIPE

CARROT HALWA RECIPE PREPARATION





Ingredients : -




1.  Carrot - 1/2 kg

2. Milk ( full fat milk)   - 1/2 liters or 2 cups

3. Elachi powder 

4. Sugar - 1/2 cup

5. Ghee -  4  tbsp

6. Dry fruits - as per our requirement. 





Procedure : -




1. First  oka pan lo ghee vesi dry fruits ni fry chesi pakana petukovali. 







2. Next oka pedha bowl lo milk posi low flame lo kagapetukovali. 







3. Carrots ni mundhe net ga clean chesukoni peel tesesi , thurimi petukovali. 


4. Marigina paalalo  thurimipetukuna carrots ni vesi low flame lo peti cook cheyali. Madhya madhya lo stir chestu undali. Otherwise bottom pan burn ayye chances untay. 



5. Complete ga milk antha carrots absorb chesukuna tarwatha sugar veyali. 




6. Sugar vesi low flame lo petti again stir chestundali. 






7. Sugar melt avuta undidi. Next ghee vesi again stir cheyali. 



8. HALWA thickness vachenthavaraku stir chestu cook cheyali. Stove off chesukone mundhu elachi powder ni add chesukovali. 



At last garnish carrot halwa with dry fruits


Anthe carrot halwa ready.

OATS UPMA

Oats upma preparation 





Ingredients  : -

1. Oats  - 1 cup

2. Onions - 1

3. Green chillis - 2

4. Curry leaves 

5. Coriander leaves

6. Pachi sengapappu - 1/4 tsp

7. Mustard seeds - 1/4 TSP

8. Jeera - 1/4 TSP

9. Minapa gundlu - 1/4 TSP

10. Oil - 3 tbsp

11. Salt - as per taste. 

12. Water - 2 1/2 cups

13. Ginger garlic paste - 1 TSP

14. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp



Procedure : -


1. First without oil oats ni fry chesi pakanapetukovali. 

2. Next oka pan lo oil vesi pachisenaga pappu, mustard seeds, jeera, minapagundlu vesi fry cheyali. 

3. Fry ayina tarwatha onions,  chillis vesi fry cheyali. 

4. Next vatiki ginger garlic paste and curry leaves and coriander leaves kuda vesi fry chesukovali. 

5. Next imko stove medha oka bowl petti. Andulo 2 1/2 cups water posi marginchukovali. 

6. Pinavi fry avina tarwatha oats and salt vesi one minute fry chesukovali.

7. After one minute margutuna water ni posi okasari salt check chesukoni pan ni plate tho close chesi cook cheyali. 

8. Upma ready ayina tarwatha lemon juice kalupukunte saripotundi

OATS PONGAL

Oats pongal recipe preparation




Ingredients  : -

1. Oats - 1 cup

2. Pesarapappu  - 1/2 cup

3. Turmeric powder - pinch

4. Salt - as per taste 

5. Water - 2 cups

6. Miriyalu - 1 tbsp

7. Jeera - 1 tbsp

8. Cashews - 10

9. Ghee - 1 tsp

10. Oil - 2tsp

11. Ginger pieces - 2tsp

12. Green chillis - 1

13. Curry leaves 


Procedure : -

1. First stove pina oka bowl petti pesarapappu vesi,  pinch turmeric powder vesi water posi oodikinchali. 

2. Next imko stove pina pan petti oats ni 5 min fry chesi pakana petukovali

3. Next imko pan lo oil  and ghee vesi miriyalu, jeera,  chillis,  curry leaves,  cashews , ginger pieces anni vesi fry chesukoni next water posi andulo taste ki tagha salt vesi oodikinchali. 

4. Water marigina tarwatha oats vesi pan pi plate tho close chesi low flame lo cook chesukovali. 

5. Water inkina tarwatha oodikinchi petukuna pesarapappu ni kalupukovali. 

Anthe oats pongal ready. 


Serve this recipe with raitha.

ALOO TIKKI RECIPE

ALOO TIKKI PREPARATION





Ingredients  : -


1. Potatoes - 4

2. Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp

3. Garam masala - 1/2 to 3/4 tbsp

4. Chat masala - 1/2 tbsp

5. Salt - as per taste. 

6. Oil - for deep fry

7. Green chilli - 1

8. Red chilli powder - 1/2 to 3/4 tbsp

9. Hot ghee - 1 tbsp. 

10. Coriander leaves - 1 cup. 

11. Corn flour or rice flour - 2 tbsp

12. Bread crumbs - 3 to 4 tbsp. 

13. Cashews - 2 tbsp. 



Procedure  : -


1. First aloos ni wash chesi,  toolu tesi,  cooker lo vesi 3-5 whistles vachenthavaraku oodikinchali. 




2. Cool ayina tarwatha oka bowl Loki tesukoni mash cheyali.  



3.  Mash chesina aloo ki coriander leaves, green chillis add cheyali. 



4. Next garam masala and chat masala veyali. 




5. Next chillipowder,  salt and hot ghee veyali. 



6. Next cashews small pieces ga cut chesi veyali. 



7. Next rice flour or corn flour and bread crumbs vesi annitini baaga kalupukovali. 



8. Kalupukuna mixture ni oka ball laga prepare chesukovali.  Ball athukuntunatite imkonni bread crumbs add chesukoni kalupukovali. 



9.  Aa mixture ball ni small balls ga divide chesukovali. Small balls ni flat ga ayetatlu hands tho press cheyali. 






10.stove pina oka pan petti anduku deep fry ki tagha oil poyali.  Oil heat ayinaaka ee tikkis ni oil lo dip chesi fry cheyali. 



11. Medium flame lo petti flip chestu golden color vachenthavaraku fry cheyali. 

12. Color vachaka vatini oka tissue vesina plate loki Tesukovali. 


Anthe aloo tikki ready

Serve this aloo tikki with green chutney or tomato sauce. 








VEG CUTLET RECIPE

Veg cutlet preparation : -



Ingredients  : -

Veggies for cutlet: -


1. Potatoes - 2 cups

2. Green pees - 1/2 cup

3. Carrots - 1 cup

4. Beans - 1/2 cup

5. Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp



Other ingredients : -

1. Salt - as per taste

2. Ginger paste - 3/4 tsp

3. Green chillis  - 1 to 2

4. Garam masala  -  1/2 to 3/4 tbsp

5. Bread crumbs : - 6tbsp

6. Besan flour or rice flour or corn flour - 2 tbsp

7. Oil - 4 tbsp 




Procedure  : - 


1. First oka Bowl tesukoni andulo cut chesi petukuna carrots,  potatoes,  beans vesi kodiga water posi oodikinchali or cooker lo petina sare oodikinchali. 





2. Next vatini mix chesukovali by using spoon or hand. 



3. Mix chesina paste ki coriander leaves, cumin, ginger paste, salt, garam masala, green chillis ni add chesi mothani kalupukovali. 





4. Next bread crumbs ni add cheyali. Malli kalupukovali. 





5. Kalupukoni petukuna paste ni chinna chinna pieces ga divide chesukovali  vatini first balls ga chesi petukovali.  Next aa balls ni mana hands loki tesukoni press cheyali.  Ala annitini prepare chesi oka plate lo petukoni pakana unchali. 





6. Next oka Bowl lo 2 tbsp of besan flour or rice flour or corn flour vesi kodiga water posi lumps lekunda undetatalu batter ni prepare chesukovali. 


7. Next hmko Bowl lo bread crumbs vesi unchali.


8. Pina prepare chesi petukuna pieces ni besan batter lo munchali. Two sides aa batter lo munchali. 



9. Next aa pieces ni bread crumbs lo munchali.  Two sides bread crumbs coat ayela chusukovali. Ala anni pieces ki same process continue chesukoni vatini oka plate lo petukovali. 






10. Next oka peti 3 tbsp of oil vesi heat ayaka aa pieces ni aa oil lo two sides turn chestunav fry cheyali. Golden color vachenthavaraku flip chestu fry cheyali. 







Anthe vegcutlet ready. 

Serve this veg cutlet with green chutney or tomato sauce.

Rasmalai recipe

Rasamalai recipe preparation 







Ingredients : - 



Ingredients for rasmalai

1.  Milk - 5 cups or  1 1/4 cup

2. 2 tb of lemon juice. 

3.  Ice water or ice cubes - 1l



For sugar syrup : -

1. Sugar - 1 cup

2. Elachi powder - 1/4 cup. 



To make rabri : -

1. 3/4 liter milk or 3 cups of milk 

2.  1/2 cup sugar 

3.Saffron - pinch

4. 2 tb pista or almond slices



Procedure : -




Making of rabri  : -



1. Stove pi pan petti 3 cups of milk ni medium flame lo  boil cheyali.  And add saffron keep stirring to avoid burning. 




2. Next milk ki sugar add cheyali. Keep stirring Every 2-3 minute's.  Milk half of quantity ki vachaka stove off cheyali. Next milk ni Cool cheyali.  And fridge lo konchem sepu store cheyali. 












Making of chenna or paneer  : -

1. Stove pi imko pan petti 5 cups of milk ni boil cheyali medium flame lo. Boil avutunappudu curd or lemon juice or vinegar ni add cheyali. 





2.  Keep stirring milk becomes curdles completely.  






3. Complete game curdled ayina tarwatha ice cubes or ice water ni add cheyali. 




4. Next okay clean cloth tesukoni pina una curdled milk ni aa cloth lo poyali. 





5. Aa cloth ni close chesi gattiga mudi vesi oka tap ki veeladatheyali. Tap on chesi running water kindha undetatlu veladatheyali. 45 minutes to 1 hour varaku hang cheyali. 





6. Ipudu cloth ni open cheyali panner prepare ayyi untundi. 





Making of rasamalai  : - 


1. Panner ni 12 pieces ga cut cheyali.  Vatini  circle shape lo vachetatlu vathali. 





2.  Next stove pi imko pan petti 3 cups of water and oka cup sugar vesi boil cheyali. Syrup boil avutunapudu elachi powder ni add cheyali. 




3. Next panner piece's ni add cheyali ventane plate tho pan ni close chesi 8 min patu low flame lo boil cheyali. 




4. After 5 min panner pieces become doubled in size. 




5. Next okokatiga piece's ni mana hands loki tesukoni jagrathaga press cheyali absorb ina sugar syrup remove ayela chudali. 




6. Press chesina panner pieces ni rabri ki add cheyali. 




7. Next add chopped pistas,  almonds,  cashews to rabri and them on low flame for just 2-3 minutes. 




Anthe Rasmalai ready.
