Banana milk shake recipe

Banana milk shake recipe preparation








Ingredients : -



1.   Bananas - 2 large no's

2.   Milk  -  2 cups 

3.  Almonds   -  25 almonds

4.  Cardamon powder  -  1/4 tsp

5.  Dates  -  4

6.   Ice cubes   ( Optional ) 




Procedure : -



1.  First milk ni boil chesi cool chesukovali. Next fridge lo petukunte imka cool avtay milk. 

2. Almonds ni water posi 6 hour's naanapetali.  After 6 hour's Peel tesei pakana petukovali. 

3. Next oka mixi jar tesukoni andulo almonds,  dates, milk posi smooth paste prepare ayela blend chesukovali. Sweet saripokapothe sugar ni add chesukovachu. 

4. Next banana pieces and cardamom powder vesi blend chesukovali.

Ingredients : -


1. Kandhipappu  - 3/4 cup

2.  Chintapandu paste or tamarind paste - 2 tbsp

3.  Pasupu  or turmeric powder  -  1/8 tsp

4.  Salt as per taste 

5.  Coriander leaves  -  1/4 cup

6.  Onions - 2

7.  Drumsticks - 3

8.   Tomato - 2

9.  Ladies finger  - 3


Ingredients to prepare sambar powder : -


1.   Dhaniyalu  -  1 tbsp

2.   Minapagundlu  -  1 tbsp

3.  Pachisenagapappu  -  1 tbsp

4.  Jeera -  1/2 tsp

5.   Menthulu  -  1/2 TSP

6.  Red chillis  - 5


Sambar  tempering   seeds : -


1.  Oil  -  2 tbsp

2.  Curry leaves  -  1 

3.  Menthulu  -  1 pinch

4.  Aavalu  or  mustard seeds   -  1 tsp

5.  Jeera  -  1/2 tsp

6.  Enguva or hing  -  1 pinch 

7.  Red chillis -  2 





Procedure : -


1.  First  kandhipappu ni water tho clean chesukoni,  komchem water add chesukoni  half an hour naanapetali. After  half an hour pressure cooker lo vesi kodiga water posi 3 Wheestles vachenthavaraku cook chesukovali.  Next air evaporate ayina tarwatha pressure cooker open chesi dal ni smooth ga ayelaga  mash chesukoni pakana petukovali. 


2.  Next sambar powder prepare chesukovali.  Sambar powder ki kavalisina ingredients annitini just komchem sepu pan lo fry chesukovali.  Cool ayina tarwatha annitini mixi lo vesi powder prepare chesukoni pakkana petukovali. 

3. Next vegetables like tomatoes,  drumsticks,  ladies finger,  onions annitini wash chesukoni,  small pieces ga cut chesukoni petukovali. 

4. Stove pina big bowl petti andulo 6 cups of water posi,  vegetables annitini vesi cook chesukovali. 

5. Vegetables anni soft ga vachina tarwatha sambar powder and salt vesi 5 min again cook chesukovali. Next andulo tamarind paste veyali. 

6.  Next dal ni add chesi taste check chesukovali.  Avasaramite salt,  tamarind and red chilli powder ni adjust chesukoni cook chesukovali.  Next coriander leaves ni add chesukovali. 

7. Hmko stove medha pan peti oil vesi ,  oil heat ayina tarwatha jeera,  mustard seeds,  methi seeds,  hing , curry leaves and red chillis vesi fry chesukoni stove off cheyali. 

8. Next aa talimpuni sambar lo vesi,  sambar ni low flame lo petti 4 min cook chesukovali.

Jowar dosa - Healthy breakfast recipe

Jowar dosa recipe preparation 






Ingredients :-

1.  Jowar / jonnalu - 1/2 cup

2. Rice - 1/2 cup

3. Minapagundlu - 1/2 cup

4. Menthulu - 1/4 tsp

5. Salt as per taste

6. Oil as per requirement

7. Water as per requirement





Procedure : -


1. Firch jonnalu ni oka bowl lo vesi water posi neat ga,  atleast 3 time's ina clean chesukovali. Next water add chesi 6 hour's naanapetali. 

2. Next rice ni imkoka bowl loki tesukoni Water posi 3 time's clean chesukovali.  Next water ni add chesi 4 hour's naanapetali. 

3. Next minapagundlu and menthuluni separate bowl vesi vatini kuda water posi neat ga 3 time's clean chesukovali. Next water add chesi 4 hour's naanapetali. 

4. After 4 hour's oka mixi jar tesukoni andulo minapagundlu , salt and menthulu vesi smooth paste vachelaga water ni add chestu, blend chesukovali. Aa batter ni oka big bowl lo vesi pakkana petukovali. 

5. Same jar lo rice and jonnalu ni vesi water add chestu smooth batter ni prepare chesukovali.  Aa batter ni minapagulatho prepare chesi petina batter tho mix chesukovali. Final jowar dosa batter ni 6-8 hour's fridge lo petukovali. 

6. Next day morning komchem batter ni oka bowl loki tesukoni komchem water ni add chesukoni manaki kavalisina consistency vachelaga batter ni prepare chesukovali. 

7. Stove pina pan peti heat chesukovali.  Next ladle full of batter ni pan center lo vesi,  ventane batter ni spread chesukoni.  Medium flame lo cook chesukovali. 

8. Edges dagara oil ni vesi one side fry chesukovali. Next other side ki flip chesi fry chesukovali.  Again first side ki flip chesi dosa ni fold cheyali.

Valentine's Day special recipe





Gulab Jamun recipe preparation







Ingredients : -


1. Sugar  - 1 cup

2. Elachi - 3

3. Water - 1/2 cup

4. Gulbjamun powder - 1/2 cup

5. Maida - 1 tbsp

6. Baking soda - 1/8 tsp

7. Ghee - 1 tbsp

8. Milk - 2 to 3 tbsp

9. Ghee for deep frying 






Procedure : -




1. First oka big bowl tesukoni andulo sugar, elachi and water  posi medium flame lo cook chesukovali. 8-10 min lo sugar syrup prepare avutundi.  So, Sugar syrup prepare ayina tarwatha stove off chesukovali.  

2. Next imkoka bowl tesukoni andulo gulab jamun powder,  maida and baking soda vesi kalupukovali. 

3. Next ghee vesi mix chesukovali. 

4. Next 3 tbsp of milk vesi baga kalupukovali. Avasaramite imkomchem milk kuda add chesukoni kalupukovali. 

5. Next mana palms ki ghee rasukoni,  mixture ni small round shaped balls ga prepare chesukoni oka plate lo petukovali. Small balls e prepare chesukovali because syrup lo vesina tarwatha double sized balls ga change avtay. 

6. Next stove pina pan peti deep fry ki saripada ghee vesi medium flame lo heat chesukovali ghee ni. 

7. Ghee heat ayina tarwatha one by one small balls ni ghee loki dip chestu,  stove ni low flame lo peti fry chesukovali. 

8. Golden brown color vachenthavaraku fry cheyali.  Around 6-7 min patidi golden brown color ravataniki.  So,  color change ayina tarwatha vatini kitchen tissue vesina plate loki tesukoni pakana petukovali. 

9. Next 4 minutes sugar syrup ni again heat chesukovali.  After 4 min gulab jamun pieces ni sugar syrup loki dip cheyali.  

10. At least 2 hours sugar syrup lone unchali gulab jamun pieces ni.  Apude gulab jamun proper ga syrup ni absorb chesukuntay.  So now you will notice their increase in size as syrup gets absorbed.

1. Bajra / sajalu - 1 cup

5. Next day morning komchem  or full batter oka bowl loki tesukoni andulo taste ki saripada salt and water posi mix chesukovali.

6. Stove pina pan petti ,  pan heat ayina tarwatha one ladle full of batter ni pan center lo vesi ventane batter ni spread chesukovali.

7. Next oil veyali dosa Edge's dagara. Komchemsepu fry chesukovali.next other side ki flip chesukoni fry chesukovali.

1. First rice ni water tho clean cheyali.  At least 3 time's ina clean cheyali. 

2. Next senagapappu,  pachusenaga pappu,  moongdal and minapagundlu annitinu oka bowl lo vesi vatini kuda water posi 3 time's clean cheyali. 

3. Next rice lo water posi night antha (6-7 hours) naanapetali. Andulo redchillis kuda veyali. 

4. Dals lo kuda water posi 6-7 hours naanapetali. 

5. Next day first rice and redchillis mixi lo vesi smooth batter vachelaga blend chesukoni oka bowl lo vesukovali

6. Next ade jar lo dals anni,  ginger and jeera kuda vesi blend chesukovali. 

7. Two batters ni oka bowl vesi kalupukovali. Kalipi 2-4 hours plate tho cover chesi pakana petukovali. 

8. After 4 hours onions,  coriander leaves,  hing and salt vesi mix chesukovali.  Avasaram anukunte water ni kuda add chesukovachu. 

9.  Stove pina dosa pan petti heat cheyali.  Pan heat ayina tarwatha ladle full of batter ni veyali.  Ventane batter ni spread chesukovali.

2. Cheese or paneer ni kuda turimi petukovali. 

3. Next stove medium flame lo peti pan heat cheyali.

Ingredients for dosa batter  : -




1. Minapa gundlu - 1 cup

2. Dosa rice  - 3 cups

3. Menthulu - 1/2 tbsp

4. Water as per requirement

5. Salt as per taste

6. Oil as required




Ingredients for rayalaseema erra karam  preparation :-



1.  Onions - 2

2. Tomatoes - 2

3.  Garlic cloves - 5

4. Red chillis - 10 to 12

5. Salt as per taste

6. Oil - 3 tbsp

7. Aavalu or mustard seeds - 1 tsp

8. Jeera - 1 tsp

9. Curry leaves - 2 tbsp 

10. Water -  3 tbsp



Procedure :-




Making of dosa batter : -



1. Oka big bowl tesukoni  andulo 1 cup of minapagundlu and 3 cups of rice veyali.

2. Next 1/2 tbsp of methulu kuda veyali. Annitini mix chesukovali

3. Water tho baga clean cheyali.  At least 3 times clean cheyali. 

4. Next water posi 3-4 hours patu naanapetali. 

5. After 4 hour's grinder lo vesi dosa batter ni prepare chesukovali. Madhya madhyalo water ni add chestu dosa batter ni prepare chesukovali. 

6. Batter prepare ayina tarwatha big bowl lo vesi fridge lo 4-5 hours or more than that time store chesukovali.

5.  Aavalu  -  1/2 tsp

6.   Ginger paste  -  1/2 tsp

7.  Onions  -  1 cup

8.  Turmeric powder  -  1/8 TSP

11.  Salt - as per taste 

12.  Oil  - 1  tbsp

1.  Next day morning first aloo ni wash chesi,  peel tesesi oka bowl lo veyali. Salt and water add chesi, pressure cooker lo upto 3 Wheestles vachenthavaraku cook chesukovali. 

2.  Stove pina pan petti oil vesi,  aavalu,  pachina pappu,  minapagundlu,  jeera vesi fry chesukovali. 

3.  Next ginger paste vesi raw smell poyenthavaraku  fry chesukovali. 

4. Next onions,  green chillis and curry leaves vesi brown color vachenthavaraku fry chesukovali. 

5.  Next potatoes,  turmeric and salt vesi fry chesukovali.  Potatoes  smooth ga unatlite water veyalisina avasaraMledhu.  Okavela potatoes smooth ga lenatlite 2 tbsp of water vesi fry chesukovali.

6. Next coriander leaves vesi just okasari kalupukoni stove off chesi pakana petukovali. 




Making of masala dosa : -



1.  Stove pina pan petti pan heat ayina tarwatha ladle full of dosa batter ni pan pi vesi spread chesukovali. 

2. Next edges dagara oil vesi oil ni kuda spread chesukovali.  Dosa baga fry ayina tarwatha flip chestu otherside na kuda fry chesukovali. 

3. Two sides fry ayina tarwatha half of dosa lo potato masala ni place chesukoni dosa ni either roll or fold cheyali.

Procedure : -


1. First bread slices ni small pieces ga  cut chesi pakkana petukovali. 

2. Stove pina pan petti ghee vesi almonds ni fry chesukoni pakkana petukovali.  Next cashews ni fry chesukoni pakkana petukovali. 

3. Imko pan petti milk vesi boil chesukovali.  Next cool chesukovali. 

4. Next pan lo ghee vesi bread slices ni golden color vachenthavaraku fry chesukovali. 

5. Next imko pan lo sugar and water equal amount ( 1 cup sugar means 1 cup water poyali) ga posi sugar syrup prepare chesukovali. Next fried chesi petukuna bread slices vesi 15 min low flame lo cook chesukovali. 

6. After 15 min cool chesi petukuna milk ni vesi  mix chesukovali.  Tarwatha elachi,  fried almonds plus cashews kuda vesi mix chesukovali.

To make gobi Manchurian : -



1. Cauliflower - 250g

2. Maida - 1/3 cup

7. Crushed pepper  - 1/4 tsp



To make Manchurian sause  : -


1. Small pieces of garlic - 1 tbsp

2. Small pieces of ginger  - 1/2 tbsp

3. Green chilli - 1 

4. Capsicum  -  1/4 cup

5. Onions  - 1/3 cup

6. Soya sauce  - 1 tbsp

7. Red chillis sauce - 2 tbsp

8. Red chilli paste - 1 tbsp

9. Vinegar - 1/2 tbsp

10. Tomato sauce - 1/2 tbsp

11. Salt as per taste

12. Water - 3 tbsp

13. Crushed pepper - 1/2 tap

14. Spring onions - 2 tbsp




Procedure : -







Process of making Manchurian: -




1. First clean the cauliflower.  Oka bowl lo water posi heat cheyali.  Aa hot water lo cauliflower pieces ni vesi 3-5 min unchali.  Next water ni vadaposi cauliflower pieces ni pakana oka cloth lo separate ga Unchukovali. 

2.  Meanwhile stove pina pan petti deep fry ki Taga oil posi heat cheyali. 

3. Next oka bowl tesukoni andulo Maida, corn flour, salt, red chilli powder, pepper vesi konchem water posi batter ni prepare chesukovali. 

4. Next gobi pieces ni batter lo vesi kalupukovali. 

5. Oil heat ayina tarwatha gobi flowers ni one by one oil lo dip chestu fry chesukovali. Golden color vachina tarwatha vatini kitchen tissue vesi paper loki tesukoni pakana petukovali. 



Process of making Manchurian sauce : -



1. Stove pina pan petti 1 1/2 tbsp of oil vesi heat chesukovali. Next oil lo chilli pieces, garlic and ginger pieces vesi 1-2 min fry chesukovali. 

2. Next onions and capsicum pieces ni vesi fry chesukovali. 

3. Next soya sauce, red chilli sauce,  tomato sauce,  red chilli paste and vinegar vesi motham mix chesukovali. 

4. Next 3 tbsp of water vesi fry chesukovali. Sauce thick ga vachina tarwatha taste chesukovali. Avasaram anukunte salt, vinegar and red chilli sauce ni adjust chesukovali. 

5. Add pepper and mix it well. Sauce thick ga vachina tarwatha stove off chesukoni 2 min patu sauce ni cool chesukovali. 

6. Next fry chesi petukuna gobi pieces ni add chesukoni kalupukovali. Spring onions tho garnish chesukovali.

Ingredients  : -


1. Chicken : -  1/2 kg

2. Basmati rice  : -  1 1/2 cup

3. Biryani masala : -   1/2 tsp

4. Onions - 1

5. Coriander leaves : - 4 tbsp

6. Mint leaves : - 4 tbsp

7. Oil or ghee  - 4 tbsp

8. Ghee or butter - 2 tbsp




Ingredients for marination of chicken  : -


1. Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/4 tbsp

2.  Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

3.  Green chillis  -  1 or 2

4.  Curd  - 2/3 cup

5.  Lemon juice -  2 tbsp

6.  Biryani masala  - 1 1/2 tsp

7.  Red chilli powder  -  1 1/2 tsp

8. Elachi powder  - 1/2 tsp

9. Salt - as per taste


Dry spices for rice : -

1. Water  - 7 cups

2. Salt  - 1  1/4 tso

3. Oil  - 1 TSP

4. Dalchina chekka - 3 inch

5. Lavanga - 6

6.  Elachi  -  4

7.  Bay leaf - 1

8. Biryani flower  - 1

9. Javitri - 2

10. Shahi jeera - 1/2 tsp





Procedure : -


1. Oka bowl tesukoni andulo curd, salt,  red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, elachi powder,  biryani masala, turmeric and green chillis vesi mix chesukovali paste la avtundi.  Okasari Taste check chesukoni avasaram anukunte salt koncham add chesukovali. If needed add some lemon juice also. 


2. Next chicken pieces ni paste ki add cheyali.  Aa paste motham chicken pieces ki patetatuga kalupukovali. 

3. Marinated chicken ni 2 hours  fridge lo petali. 

4. Next basmati rice ni atleast three times wash chesukovali. 

5. Basmati rice lo Water posi 30-40 min naanapetali. 

6. After 30-40 min water ni separate chesi pakana petukovali. 

7. Next oka big bowl tesukoni water posi one tbsp of oil kuda veyali.  Andulo dry spices vesi sim lo 5 min boil cheyali. Next high lo petti imkonchem sepu boil cheyali.  

8. Water lo bubbles vachina tarwatha naanapetina rice ni add cheyali.  

9. Stove medium lo petti rice cook chesukovali. Rice 3/4th cook ayina tarwatha stove off chesukovali. Drain the rice to a colander. 

10. Onions fry chesi pakana petukovali. 

11. Next heavy bottom pot tesukovli.  Andulo marinated chicken veyali. Andulo fried onions, coriander leaves, mint leaves and oil vesi mix chesukovali. 

12. Chicken antha uniform ga undetatalu spread chesukovali. 

13. Uniform ga spread chesina chicken pina rice ni kuda uniform ga veyali vatipina fried onions, mint and coriander leaves veyali.  Sprinkle biryani masala also. 

14. Layer the rice again sprinkle fried onions, mint and coriander leaves, biryani masala over it. 

15. Next ghee ni add cheyali. 

16. Next pot ni plate tho close chesi, plate and pot chutu mida pindi tho close cheyali. 

17. Stove ni medium flame lo petti biryani ni cook chesukovali. 

18. Next low flame lo petti again 15 min cook chesukovali. Next stove off chesukovali. 

Anthe hyderabadi chicken dum biryani ready.

1. Paneer  : - 1 1/4 cup or 150 grams

2. Palak - 2 cups or 100 grams

3. Oil or butter -  2 tbsp

4. Green chillis - 2 to 3

5. Onions - 3/4 cup

6. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp

7. Tomatoes -  1/2 cup

8. Salt - as per taste

9. Cashews - 8 to 10

10. Methi - 1/2 tsp

11. Garam masala - 1/2 cup

12. Jeera - 1/8 TSP

13. Elachi - 2

14. Dalchina chekka - 1/2 inch

15. Lavanga - 2.




Procedure  : -


1. Palakura ni first water tho clean chesukovali. 

2. Stove pina pan petti one TSP of oil vesi.  Oil heat ayaka panner pieces ni vesi 2 to 3 min fry cheyali. Next vatini oka plate loki tesukoni pakana petukovali

3. Same pan lo one TSP of oil vesi oil heat ayina tarwatha palak and green chillis vesi pan pi plate petti medium flame lo cook cheyali.

4. Next cook ayina tarwatha stove off chesi vatini cool chesukovali. 

5. Cool ayina tarwatha vatini mixi lo vesi paste prepare chesukovali.  Ee process lo cashews kuda add chesukovachu 

6. Next stove pina petti oil vesi heat ayina tarwatha jeera,  lavanga,  elachi,  dalchina chekka vesi fry chesukovali. 

7. Next onions vesi brown color vachenthavaraku fry cheyali.  

8. Next ginger garlic paste vesi fry cheyali.  Raw smell poyenthavaraku fry chesukovali. 

9. Next tomatoes and salt vesi pan pi plate petti tomatoes cook ayenthavaraku cook cheyali. 

10. Next kasuri methi and garam masala vesi stir cheyali 2-3 min. 

11. Next half cup of water posi medium flame lo cook chesukovali. 

12. Gravy thick ga vachina tarwatha palak paste ni add cheyali. 2-3 min patu low flame lo cook chesukovali. 

13. Next paneer pieces ni add chesi stove off chesukovali.
