Egg dosa recipe preparation
Ingredients : -
1. Egg - 2
2. Dosa batter - 2 cups
3. Onions - 1
4. Green chillis - 2
5. Salt as per taste
6. Oil - as per requirement
7. Red chilli powder - 1 pinch
8. Carrots - few
9. Coriander leaves few
Procedure : -
1. Eggs break chesi oka bowl vesi pakana petukovali. Andulome konchem redchilli powder and salt kuda vesukovachu
2. Onions, green chillis, coriander leaves, carrots anni cut chesukoni oka bowl lo vesese pakana petukovali.
3. Stove on chesi pan peti, pan heat ayina tarwatha ladle full of batter vesi, batter ni spread chesukovali.
4. Next egg vesi spread chesukovali, vatipina onions, carrots, chillis, coriander leaves veyali.
5. Edges dagara oil vesi fry chesukovali, next other side ki flip chesi fry chesukoni oka plate loku tesukoni pakana petukovali.
