Pesarattu or moong dal dosa or pesara dosa recipe

Pesarattu or pesara dosa or moongdal dosa recipe preparation









Ingredients : -


1.  Pesalu or green gram  - 2 cups

2.  Hand full of Rice 

3.  Ginger  - 1/2 tsp

4.  Salt  - as per taste

5.  Green chillis  - 4

6.  Onions - 2 

7.  Oil - as per  requirements

8.  Water  as per requirement

9.  Jeera  -  1/2 tsp

10.  Coriander leaves  -  1/2 cup





Procedure : -



1.  First pesalo stones unayemo check chesukovali. Unte kanuka teseseyali. Next race ni add chesukoni , Water tho clean chesukovali. 

2. Next kodiga water posi  3-4 hour's naanapetali. 

3. After 4 hours  mixi jar lo Naanapetina pesalu with rice,  green chillis, salt, ginger, jeera and kodiga water posi mix chesukovali. Smoothga undetatlu batter ni prepare chesukoni pakana petukovali. 

4. Onions and green chillis ni small small pieces ga cut chesukoni , 1 tbsp of oil vesi fry kuda chesukoni pakana petukovali. 

5. Stove on chesi pan Petali. Pan heat ayina tarwatha ladle full of batter ni tesukoni pan pi veyali.  Ventane batter ni spread chesukovali. 

6. Dosa edges lo oil vesi fry chesukovali. one side fry ayina tarwatha other side ki flip chesi fry chesukovali.  Again flip chesi fry chesi petukuna onions, chillis and coriander leaves ni veyali.  


7. Next dosa ni fold chesi plate loki tesukovali. 



Anthe pesarattu ready. 


Serve this recipe with chutney.
