Bajra dosa - Healthy breakfast recipe

Bajra dosa recipe preparation






Ingredients :-


1. Bajra / sajalu - 1 cup

2. Rice - 1/2 cup

3. Minapagundlu - 1/2 cup

4. Salt as per taste

5. Water as per requirement

6. Oil as per requirement




Procedure :-


1. 1/2 cup of Rice and 1 cup of bajra ni oka big bowl lo add cheyali. Water tho atleast three times ina clean cheyali. Next water posi 4 hours patu naanapetali.

2. Next minPagundlu ni kuda water tho 3 time's clean chesukovali. Next komchem water posi 4 hours naanapetali.

3. After 4 hours oka mixi jar tesukoni andulo uraddal ( minapagundlu ) ni plus konchem water ni vesi blend chesukovali. Next aa batter ni oka bowl lo vesi pakana petukovali.

4. Same jar lo rice with bajra and konchem water vesi blend chesukovalchesukovali. Next ee batter ni minapagundlu tho prepare chesukuna batter tho kalupukovali. Mix chesukuna tarwtha fridge lo petukovali up-to 6  - 8 hour's.

5. Next day morning komchem  or full batter oka bowl loki tesukoni andulo taste ki saripada salt and water posi mix chesukovali.

6. Stove pina pan petti ,  pan heat ayina tarwatha one ladle full of batter ni pan center lo vesi ventane batter ni spread chesukovali.

7. Next oil veyali dosa Edge's dagara. Komchemsepu fry chesukovali.next other side ki flip chesukoni fry chesukovali.

8. Again flip chesi dosa ni fold chesukovali.


Anthe bajra dosa ready


Serve this recipe with any chutney.
