Crispy Cheese dosa recipe preparation











Ingredients : -


1.  Dosa batter  -  1 cup

2. Onions  - 1 

3. Cheese  -  6 tbsp or more as per requirement

4. Green chillis  - 2 

5.  Tomato sauce  - 3 tbsp

6. Carrots  -  2 tbsp

7. Coriander leaves 

8. Oil  - 3 tbsp




Procedure : -


1.  First onions, chillis, carrots anni cut chesi petukovali. 

2. Cheese or paneer ni kuda turimi petukovali. 

3. Next stove medium flame lo peti pan heat cheyali.  

4. Pan heat ayina tarwatha ladle full of batter vesi spread chesukovali. 

5. Next onions and tomato sauce vesi spoon tho uniform ga vachetatlu dosa medha press cheyali. 

6. Next pan ni plate tho cover chesi 2 min medium flame lone cook chesukovali. 

7. Next chillis and coriander leaves vesi  stove ni high flame lo petali. 

8. Next cheese vesi high flame lo fry chesukovali.  Dosa crispy ga ravali so high flame lo petali at the same time cheese kuda melt ayidi. 

9. Cheese melt ayina tarwatha dosa ni fold chesi plate loki tesukovali.  Folding triangle shape lo kuda chesukovachu. 

Anthe crispy cheese dosa ready


Serve this hot crispy cheese dosa with chutney  or with a cup of black tea.
