Instant oats dosa - Healthy breakfast recipe

Instant oats dosa recipe preparation






Ingredients :- 

1. Oats - 1 cup.

2. Rice flour - 1/2 cup

3. Wheat flour - 1/2 cup

4. Curd - 1/2 cup

5. Green chillis - 4

6. Onions - 4 tbsp 

7. Jeera - 1 tsp

8. Ginger - 1 tsp

9. Salt as per taste

10. Oil as per requirement

11. Water as per requirement

12. Curry leaves - 1 tbsp

13. Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp




Preparation :-


1. First oats ni mixi jar lo vesi oats powder prepare chesukovali. Oats powder ni oka bowl loki tesukovali.

2. Oats powder ki salt,jeera,rice flour and wheat flour ni add cheyali.

3. Next onions,chillis,ginger,curry leaves and coriander leaves ni kuda add chesukovali.

4. Next curd and water vesi manaku kavalisina consistency prakaram batter prepare chesukovali.

5. Stove pina pan petti , pan heat ayina tarwatha one ladle full of batter ni pan center lo veyali. Spread chesukovali.

6. Next edges dagara oil vesi one side na fry chesukovali.

7. Otherside ki flip chesukoni fry chesukovali. Next again flip chesi dosa ni fold chesukovali.
